I am very happily married to my childhood sweetheart, Rick. We lived in rural Iowa on 4 acres of land where we enjoy gardening. I have 13 children and 5 grandchildren. I am an avid reader, enjoy riding my motorcycle, collecting advertising memorabilia, watching classic movies and journaling.
AND then my bestest friend introduced me to stamping! She sent me a homemade card and I asked how on earth she did that. It seemed so difficult and the card was so pretty. She said she'd be glad to help me get started, and it grew from there. I started stamping about 6 years ago making cards. Then 2 years ago I started scrapbooking. It has been a great joy in my life and I am forever grateful to my friend.
I love all kinds of stamping but especially enjoy trying new techniques. That's one of the many reasons I love stamping so much... there's always something new! I also design cards for a stamping company and am having such fun with that. I have a blog called Stamping Vacation. That too has been a joy!

Well hello there! My name is Gabby, and I was lucky enough to be the runner up winner in the first ever BSS newsletter raffle! HOW FREAKIN' COOL! I love Bombshell Stamps because I just love the whole 50's pin-up's tattoo looks! I have a few tattoos myself... not to mention piercings... so these stamps by Shannon fall right into my likes for rubber stamps!
A bit about myself... I'm 31 years young, married to my wonderful hubby who lets me have as many stamps and supplies I can hide...lol...and 3 beautiful children ages 12, 9, & 4. I live in Southern California, just 15 minutes from Long Beach & Downtown Los Angeles. I have been stamping for a bit over 5 years now and love it. My love for stamping started with a stamp lot I got on eBay and there was no stopping me then!
I'm a full time mom & part time housekeeper...lol... cleaning gets in the way of my stamping... but stamping allows me to express my art and destresses me... it's cheap therapy! I can talk to my stamps about my feelings for the day... and they just listen without judging me! Anywho... enough blah blah... when you have some time... feel free to stop by my blog! Our first vendor booth... and we sold some stamps!

So we set up our first Bombshell Stamps booth this last weekend. The Lifters Car Club hosts the "King Of Clubs Car Show" every year down at the Barona Drag Strip just outside of San Diego. We had the opportunity to set up a spot and show off the cards some of you sent us, as well as show off our rubber stamps. We had a very warm welcome, an enthusiastic crowd, and actually sold some stamps! Thanks to everyone who stopped by!!! This was a last minute thing, but next time I'll be sure to put the word out!
